Job Brief

Key Responsibilities
  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting the company’s products and services.
  2. Following up with customers who have shown interest in the company’s offerings.
  3. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales leads.
  5. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  6. Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  7. Collaborating with other sales and marketing team members to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
  8. Providing excellent customer service and support to customers before and after sales.
  9. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Qualifications & Experience

Any Degree

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Persuasive and confident in approach.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
